Jannos Aioulos composes the "Tangos of Magical Realism," inspired by the Latin American Magical Realism movement, which in literature was expressed through the work of Jorge Luis Borges, Marquez, Isabel Allende, and in painting through the work of Frida Kahlo, as well as many other artists.

Jannos Eolou proposes a new work consisting of 18 orchestral themes, balancing between the realism of the tango dance and the ambiguous dreamlike dimension of his music. Nothing is as it seems, nothing is one-dimensional, despite the realistically clear musical and emotional writing. For his album "Tangos of Magical Realism," Yiannos Eolou won five awards in international competitions.
